During his 39 year career in healthcare, Elliot has spent all of that time working directly with caregivers and providing a variety of services to senior adults. He has directed healthcare teams across multiple states and up to 15 locations. This diversity of geography coupled with the vast majority of the professionals he has been able to work with side by side has enable him to share his experiences to ensure optimal outcomes for those adults in the most vulnerable stage in their lives. These experiences reflect the desire and passion to serve and positively impact others and their quality of life.
Elliot started Talem Home Care & Placement Services in Fort Collins, Colorado to be able to apply his passion for serving others along with his leadership experience to guide his Talem team in providing that same compassionate and personalized care to seniors, while bringing peace of mind to their loved ones. Elliot is married to his lovely wife, Chonci, and couldn’t be prouder of his five children, and his 7 grandchildren. When he isn’t working, Elliot enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching College Basketball, Professional Football, and truly enjoys reading.

Mariah is a highly respected professional within our company, known for her dependability, passion, and strong work ethic. As the administrator, Mariah is the ideal candidate to help our organization grow, develop, and thrive. With over 8 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Mariah brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Before joining our team, she served as a caregiver, scheduler, care coordinator, and administrator, demonstrating her versatility and adaptability in various positions.
Mariah is committed to delivering the highest quality care to our clients and is highly motivated to make a positive impact in their lives. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her furry friend Lux and traveling to her hometown in Trinidad, CO, to visit her family. Mariah's exceptional leadership skills make her a valuable asset to our clients and caregivers alike. We are fortunate to have her on our team and look forward to the continued growth and success of our Talem Home Care Office under her guidance.
Eilis Minogue-Rose
Care Coordinator
Eilis and her family are newer to Fort Collins, having moved here in September 2020 from Maryland. Having a love for the outdoors and for family, she enjoys anything from hiking to family game night on her spare time. Growing up Eilis lived between Ireland, the US Virgin Island (St. Thomas) and Connecticut, which made for an exciting childhood. As she entered her teenager years, her family settled down in Maryland to be near her grandparents. This is where her love for patient care began, as she spent her summers working with her grandmother who was a prominent doctor in Maryland and her mom who was a Registered Nurse. She loved getting to know each patient and helping them to receive the best care possible. Eilis has worked in several areas of medicine, from managing a veterinary clinic at the young age of 18yrs old, working at the hospital or outpatient lab as a certified phlebotomist, to now being at Talem Home Care of Fort Collins, she has loved every step along the way. She has a loving/caring heart and landed on Home Care due to letting people stay in the comfort of their own home. Eilis looks forward to continuing her education and knowledge in the home care field, and helping as many people as we can.
